The mission and strategy of Fuzion is to lead people into a growing and deeper relationship with Jesus Christ by creating a conversational environment where they can explore faith and experience community. The overall vision of Fuzion Life Groups is to Love God, Love People, and Serve Others.

There are three important aspects of this mission statement:

A conversational environment- Fusion is not a theology class.  Fusion leaders are not teachers but facilitators of discussion that simply lead and engage the group in conversations about life and faith.

Explore faith- Fusion provides an opportunity for people to investigate, discover and examine issues of faith.  Whether you have attended church a long time or don't even attend church at all, this is a perfect place to come and ask questions in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

Experience community- Fusion also provides people the opportunity to build deeper relationships with others and experience a taste of authentic community and family.  As ideas and feelings are shared and exchanged in a safe and positive environment people begin to bond and make friends.

 Frequently Asked Questions

What is the size of a typical group?
Groups are typically comprised of 8-12 people.  We like to keep the groups this size so everyone has a chance to share.

Where & When will groups meet?
Groups typically meet 2-3 times a month either in someone’s home or at outside locations such as coffee shops or restaurants.

What will the discussion be about?
The group discusses 3-4 questions based on the previous Sunday’s message.  We believe this is integral to discipleship.  Pastor Mark sows the seed on Sunday, and in life group the word is sealed in our hearts and minds through interaction.  Through discussion we learn how to apply the Word to our daily lives.

Note from Pastor Mark...

Thanks for your interest in Fuzion. We understand the incredible value of life-touching-life here at CCA and know that our experience in Christ is best when shared together. The Bible describes the church in several different ways, in one place it’s a family and in yet another a community. In all of these, the key is connectivity.

Life is a team sport and no one should do it alone. A healthy church should grow larger and smaller at the same time; larger through outreach, but smaller in our fellowship and connectivity through life groups.

We hope and pray you’ll give a life group a test drive and see if it doesn’t change your life.

All for Christ,
J Mark Johns
